The Problem

Hundreds of millions of liters of contaminated waste oil are generated annually worldwide, creating costly disposal liabilities. Meanwhile, the global carbon black market — valued at $24.1 billion in 2025 and projected to reach $31.87 billion by 2030 (5.75% CAGR) — remains dependent on fossil-fuel-intensive production. OxiBlack bridges both problems with a proprietary oxidizer-based system that converts dirty oil into true virgin-grade carbon black.

How it Works

  • Proprietary thermal oxidation process converts contaminated waste oil into high-purity carbon black
  • Output meets ASTM standards for virgin-grade carbon black — not recovered-grade (rCB), which is limited to 10–20% market substitution
  • Modular, scalable system designed for continuous operation
